This is a weekly meme hosted by Booking Through Thursday. Each week a question is posted and you have to answer the question.
Question of the week? Quantity. Do you own fewer books than you used to? More?
Or do you find the quantity in your library stays pretty much the same from year to year?
(And yes, digital and audio books DO count.)
Don't forget to link up with your answers as well.
I don't really own a lot of books. In fact, my shelf is so small it has four little rows on it. With that being said, I mostly check out books from the library. I'm a Y.A. Librarian so it is not hard at all to get my hands on some good books. Each month we add to our collection so the quantity of the library grows but at the same time we have to weed the shelves and discard books as well. I would say it is along a 70/30 for the library.
I have over 80 titles on my kindle. Because of space at home most of the time I have to buy books for my kindle. I would prefer to have physical copies but I get what I can. I recently just started to listen to audio books but I do it through Overdrive. It is provided through my local library.
